We have reached Monday in the final three days of January.  I can hardly believe we have gotten to this point. The time sped by so incredibly fast.  From My Favorite Reads to the Vision Board, its just been one wild ride of a month.  And I would not have been able to do it without the constant encouragement from Brandi Kennedy.  She has been an amazing partner throughout the month.  And it’s been a blessing to work with her.  Thank you, Brandi, for your unending encouragement in this endeavor.  As my blog has grown and taken on more responsibility, she still believed that I could get everything done.  I have had a couple hiccups as far as timing, but for the most part, it has gone well.  So today, on the last Monday of the month we will cover Monday Moments: A Week in the Life of Me.

Ok, maybe it’s a bit conceited, but I figured you would be interested in getting to know what a crazy week for me with my daughter looks like.  And to top it off, you are going to get me on video, which should scare people and make them want to run for the hills.  I think maybe next time I will do it more professionally, but you are getting me at my most raw for my first video.  Which I suppose should be a good thing for a week in the life of me.  I could spend more time talking about my day to day happenings, but I didn’t want to bore you beyond all imagination.

In a nutshell, it comes down to this.  I am a librarian who works at a public library in California.  I love my job.  It eats up a ton of time.  And I am a blogger who loves to write and experience new adventures, as well as share them with so many amazing people out there.  That’s like a second full-time job on top of the first.  And then I’m a dad.  While it’s possible given the time I have her it could be considered part-time, my emotions and service are fully invested in her full-time.  The first job and the second job are meaningful because they allow me to be a father and provide for my daughter unique opportunities in life.  And I cannot imagine it any other way.

So what does my week look like?  Let’s check my planner for details.

A Week In The Life Of Me

So it’s a pretty busy week as you can see.  And if I have to add extra to my week, it ends up filling up like crazy.  What are your weeks like?  How crazy are things for you?  What do you do to relax and make it through your week?  Or how do you handle crisis situations which come up from time to time? I admit, sometimes it feels like I am winging it.  But as I said before, I cannot imagine it any other way at this point.
